The diagnosis is elaborated from information on the weight, size and shape of the cargo. Based on these data, Tecnotextil overcomes challenges related to cargo handling: safety and practicality go hand in hand to reduce costs for customers without neglecting security.
Tecnotextil has ISO 9001 Certification
Tecnotextil was the first Brazilian company in the sector to obtain ISO 9001 seal for manufacture and sale, in 2005. Since then it passes through annual audits in order to keep this certification. During the 2008’s inspection we received effusive praise from the auditor in charge, who was impressed with the comprehensiveness of the planning of the company, whose contents listed 37 indicators of quality.

Stocks
Tecnotextil also distinguishes itself from its competitors by the availability of a stock of more than 120 tons of ribbons and unique accessories, which allows it to quickly attend any demand.
Factory
Since 2008 Tecnotextil has the largest industrial constructed area in Brazil (5,100 m²), located in the city of Santos, Latin America’s main port. It is the only company that manufactures slings in all stages of the productive process. The slings are made with extra number of wires compared to the industry standard, in order to provide durability and safety to users.
Laboratory
The Tests Laboratory located in the factory is equipped with latest generation machinery and certified by IPT (Institute of Technological Research). Thus, safety and quality of the slings are constantly attested. That is, the products leave the factory already with the guarantee of its nominal capacities and Safety Factor tested and approved through reports.
Auditorium
In order to protect and help the users, Tecnotextil offers complete training for the proper use of the slings. As part of this policy, the company built in its headquarters an 180m² auditorium equipped with the most varied audiovisual resources, chairs with clipboard and flipchart, whiteboard and projector. Every year more than 2000 people are trained in Tecnotextil’s facilities.
